Credits simply explained
Credits can be used in many ways: for 3D models, additional planning data, area upgrades, or even for implementing individual requests as part of our professional services.

What are credits?
Credits are your service currency within the flat rate: Every service – a 3D model, a survey report, a solar design, or a data export – costs a specific number of credits, depending on the effort and scope. Your flat rate includes a fixed credit quota per month or year. If you use more credits than included, additional services are automatically billed at the extra credit price.
One 3D model up to 1,000m2 = 1 credit
One credit corresponds to a 3D model with a building area of up to 1,000m2.
If the area to be modeled is larger, more credits are required accordingly – one additional credit for every 1,000m2 or part thereof.
Example:
A building with an area of 200 m² uses 1 credit
A building with an area of 1,500 m² uses 2 credits
A building with an area of 2,800 m² uses 3 credits

What are credits used for?
A 3D model forms the basis of every project and always costs 1 credit across all flat rates. Additional planning data may require further credits depending on the data type.
Standard solar data
E.g., SEMA, LPM for PV SOL, SolarMonkey, SMA
1
Advanced solar data
E.g., Eturnity, PV Case, planarized data for PV SOL
3
Roof CAD data
E.g., 3D-CAD, Codex, MF Roof, ABS Plan
4
Roof survey report
Standardized and VOB/C compliant
4
Facade CAD data
E.g., CAD data for Scaffmax
6
Facade survey report

Why do different planning data require different amounts of credits?
Not all planning data requires the same amount of effort. Some are created fully automatically by our AI. Others require additional calculations, quality control, or manual post-processing by our team. This is why the number of credits required varies depending on the planning data.
How long are credits valid?
Validity varies depending on your current flat rate
Good to know: With an annual term, you can use your credits flexibly. You do not have to distribute them evenly across the months.
